Sauerkraut with Country-Style Ribs: This recipe is my glorified version of a Polish "kapusta," made hearty with the addition of country-style pork ribs, mushroooms and bacon. Traditionally, it is served with "kluski (potato dumplings)" or egg noodles and rye bread.
